Awakening the Nine Within

There are nine major energy centers in your body and each connects you to a different aspect of your spiritual nature. These centers lie quiet and dormant, waiting for the unique spiritual energy of each to be tapped into.

We have developed a simple and powerful method for awakening these nine centers. In the Awakening the Nine Within workshop we will guide you to awaken the nine centers through physical practices and with the support of specially selected music.
