THe Discovery
New Equations is the culmination and continuation of the revolutionary discovery that human spirituality can be viewed and expressed in a physical way through the body. This pioneering breakthrough came from the work and research of Siska Tovey and Alan Sheets, which began in 1994.
Their many discoveries remain the heart of New Equations today and include: the nine Soultypes®, Soultyping®, the Postures of Strength®, the Facial Expressions of Strength™, Movement Centers™, and New Equations Frequencies™.
New Equations Today
New Equations continues to offer programs, practices, and music that give people the opportunity to experience how to use the wisdom of their soul and their Soultype to become more deeply aligned with their own spirituality and physicality.
In 2018, Siska Tovey became the Director of New Equations, and Alan stepped down to focus on his health after a successful battle with cancer. Siska and Alan’s discoveries are the first and only of their kind and New Equations continues to be the only organization that brings forward new information about the physical expressions of the soul.
