The Expressions of the Soul is a transformative practice that gives you a physical and spiritual experience of each of the nine Soultypes. Each Soultype offers a unique opportunity to find a deeper awareness and alignment to your soul, spirituality, and physicality.
This practice includes:
- Nine pages of Facial Expressions of Strength, featuring six images for each Soultype
- Nine written reflections offering insight into each of the Soultypes
- Guided instructions to help you locate and feel each Soultype’s location in the body
- One hour of New Equations music, featuring selections from Nine Movements in Harmony
The full practice is one hour long, and gives you an opportunity to experience the unique beauty of all nine Soultypes. You may also work with a single Soultype at a time, with an option to spend approximately 6½ minutes with as many as you choose.
