It is marvelous to feel my body open to you and to all there is.

It is extraordinary to stretch and feel my body wanting me to be more.

The sky, trees, and birds, are calling me to stretch and bloom with all my senses.

I am feeling my heart.

I am hearing my soul.

I am listening to whispers from the universe embracing me and all life.

It is simply beautiful to feel and live my life from a new state of being.
